The company was founded in 2014 and is based in the Netherlands. Another service that BitKassa offers is the selling of Bitcoin to customers with a Dutch bank account. Merchants can choose to convert all of their received payments in Euros at no fee or they can alternatively choose to keep some amount in Bitcoin. Settlement occurs on the same day and the Euro goes straight into the business's bank account. The price customers pay is based on the current exchange rate. Merchants also receive digital receipts for all the payments completed by customers via BitKassa. BitKassa is best known for their merchant services. The merchant service they provide assists them in generating revenue in other services. Overall, the merchant service is an attractive option. The zero fees mean there is no downside to the merchant and the daily settlement feature also means merchants receive payments as euros into their account daily. The downside is that the service is only limited to accepting Bitcoin and only supports Euro as a fiat currency.
